I will 100% shop here again. We showed up 10 mins to close on Saturday(unknowingly because their hours are not right on Apple Maps) and we purchased two bikes at super good prices! I ended up having to bring my bike back to exchange today since the frame was one size too small and they had no problem whatsoever! They didn’t have a size bigger in that specific style put together yet so they went in their shop and built it for me while I waited. Also purchased a cute little cow print helmet for our little boy and some water bottles and holders for them. Everyone was really nice!

I was impressed with the knowledge and help from everyone here. If you are looking for a bike I highly recommend you try this place out. From a new bike rider to experienced there is something for everyone. I’m so glad I found the bike farm.

Wow. My wife needed a bike. I talked with "Paul." He heard our requirements, pointed us to the right bike (online), and we said we'd take a look and then come in to look at it. My wife and I looked at the bike online, decided it was just right, called Paul back and bought it sight-unseen, and it appeared at our door in 90 minutes. She loves it. What great service! Thanks, Paul!!

Bought a bike for daughter and husband. They were pretty busy, but staff did a great job helping us out. The bikes are outdoors, just as a heads up if you are bringing heat sensitive kids like I did, LOL. We bought new bikes, but they had a pre-owned as well. Good selection and variety of price points as well.

Bought my first hybrid bike from here yesterday. Great customer service and salespeople are super friendly! They helped me and my husband find the best bike for our size and budget, and even helped us install a bike holder onto the bike of my car. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a bike and wants to keep it local. 10/10

If I could give these guys 100 stars I would. There customer service is excellent, the mechanics are amazing and they always have local events going on. I traded my hard tail in to get my first full suspension mountain bike and got more than I expected as a trade in. This is place to go if you want top notch service..Other bike shops I have been to, I either had to wait several days just to get an appointment or to get parts in..ridiculous.. Not these guys in and out in less than an hour for whatever I need. Don’t waste your time with other shops go here!

Super unhonest people I came with my bike ibis mojo mint condition with lots and lots of extras they offered me super low ball price 300$ when I've asked whay is the offer so low the guy was very rude with his answer and change attitude not nice ppl very unhonest sales representative give your money to people that care about you and not only your money.

Best bike shop in Austin hands down. I have purchased two bikes from this shop and have had a really great experience each time. I now come here for all my maintenance/upgrades because they are always fair and honest. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to get into any kind of biking. They have a great selection and make you feel like family. EDIT: After looking at other reviews I felt it important to note that they moved to a new location off Burnet and now store basically everything inside. I liked the shop before they moved, but I will say the new location is a lot nicer for sure.

I have bought 3 bikes from them now. I am definitely lacking in my bike mechanic skills and they have been super helpful everytime I show up with questions. For example, the other day, I brought my road bike in because the front derailur would not shift. Instead of seeing an opportunity to sell me some new components and charge me for labor, they identified the issue (dirt clogged front derailur), cleaned it to where it worked again and didn't charge me for it. I'm sold on these guys, they have earned my loyalty.

Helpful, generous and quick service! I love this place. I’ve been riding a refurbished bike I got from Bike Farm two years ago and I get it tuned up there every year. They do a wonderful job at a reasonable price, and it never takes longer than 2 days.

Good deals and good selection. Bikes are stored outside in the elements though. I bought a "new" bike that had basically been sitting outside for 3 months, and I had to replace the brake pads, cables and housing, and rebuild the bottom bracket to get it into riding condition. Good thing it was on sale.

One of the best bike shops in town. Great prices on spokes, tubes, wheels, and their repair costs are affordable. Excellent selection of bikes. They have squeezed me in for a walk in repairs on several occasions. Great range of lights from high to low prices and lumens.

It has been a while since I've had a bike and I'll be the first to admit that I was going in fairly blind. I was a little nervous about all of the different styles, gears, chains, brakes, sizes and finding the right one for me. We were greeted by Lex and he explained what to look for when buying a bike. He recommended some styles of bikes for me and adjusted them so I could test ride them. I found a great bike for a great deal. I'm very happy with my purchase and will be returning for any future purchases and recommending Bike Farm to my friends and family. Thank you for being so amazing and helpful Lex!

I've had it with these guys! Came here regularly, really tried to develop a relationship, to support what looks like a cool neighborhood bike shop. Dropped quite a bit of money on purchases and repairs. For all that, I didn't want any special treatment, but thought that basic honesty I've deserved. Yesterday I came because I felt a slight hop on the rear wheel of a bike. Asked them to true it; owner suggested that I leave both wheels. Today I came to pick them up. I asked straight away whether they both needed truing. The mechanic responded that only one needed it. I was still charged for two, because that's how many I had left; never mind that the owner suggested that I do. I won't be coming here anymore; and I suggest that you don't either.

Worst place ever, I went there to get my bike fixed because my chain kept popping off, they said I needed a new gear. But when they switched it out and returned it to me it still didn't work. Then the told me that I needed a different type of chain ring and wouldn't switch it with the bad one they put on or give my money back. I later called them because I realized they switched out my chain they said it was because my other one was getting old even though it worked just fine. They been charged me 25 dollars for the chain that I didn't ask for!!! DO NOT GO THERE! They care about money more than their costumers!

These guys really care about the customer. After being turned down by 2 different bike shops previously for truing my bicycle tire, Mike at bike farm worked some magic and fixed it . I was told by the previous bike shops that it wasn't fixable and I would have to buy a new rim which ranged from $45-$85. Bike farm saved me money today and expressed excellent customer service and support. I had to drive from Kyle as well and it was totally worth it. Thanks guys!

What a good bike shop. My wife and I were just getting into cycling and purchasing our first road bikes. Paul took great care of us. He was super informative about everything, explaining proper sizing and more technical details. He never tried to pressure us into buying anything more than we needed. They have really good selection of bikes – new and used – as well as accessories. Great shop!
